I love Ikea's products but the customer service I experienced in the Returns and Exchange area this evening was very unprofessional. I was attempting to pick up an item that customer service had put on hold from me. The staff basically said I was lying.

Sunday before Christmas from 22 checkouts you only have 4!!! open really.
After 26 attempts to contact IKEA, leaving seven messages on their voicemail and five days later---I finally got a call back!!! WoW, are you guys that understaffed?!?!?

Oh sexy ikea sofa that no one's drunk friends have ever slept on, that has no mystery crumbs or dead insects in your dark and hidden folds.who wears no stains or tears, who would be mine and mine alone, if i could only afford your company. Please go on sale. I want to be on you.
Always an adventure and I always find new things I need...and lots that I want.
I love IKEA. But there new limited breakfast and excessive lines for a cashier are off putting.
