You Are A Disgrace. Your customer service is beyond terrible. we are waiting for pickups and delivery for 5 weeks now. we waited for your delivery/pickups hours at home every weekend in the last 5 WEEKS! and nothing happened !!! this is the worst experience i have ever had in my life as a customer.
Just had one of the worst experiences with IKEA delivery services. Delivered with the company XPO Logistics, Inc. They tried to make us pay them cash to bring the items to the one room we needed our stuff to go to. I called customer service from IKEA with no help and the "manager" from XPO Logistics basically said there was nothing they could do.
Extremely disappointed with the service. Stuff ordered 3 weeks ago not delivered yet. Everytime shipping company calls and give excuses. It's hard to believe that the driver can get hurt and the truck can break down twice in 3 weeks. I took days off from work to be home to get the delivery. Never buying stuff from ikea again. Ikea has the worst people working on
Design is awesome, prices are great but service is regular. Clients need to show ticket to be able to leave the store which is so uncomfortable! It feels like you need to prove you didn’t steal!!!
I just had an awful experience in return/exchange Department in Ikea in Brooklyn. 5 open registers, 15 completed returns in 90 minutes. Employees just hanging out, socializing and talking to each other instead of processing returns in a timely manner. Spoke to the woman by the name of Sifara, who stated she was the manager (there was no tag on her shirt), and she could care less about many customers giving up and leaving in anger or about her workers not doing any work. We were expecting delivery last Thursday and it didn't happen. We went back to the store and they promised delivery on Sunday. That did not happen either. Of course, contacting IKEA is an exercise in futility. Now we have been promised delivery on Wednesday. We bought another piece with delivery on Wednesday, but since we no longer trust them, we picked it up today and now we can't finish putting it together, since we are now missing parts.
