We were there on Tuesday 4/18/2016. As I was loading my car, an employee came to help and took over. First, I was happy for the help. Then I realized he was doing it wrong. Our small things were on the bottom and our furniture was on top. The worst was at the end when stuck is hand out in front of me and said "my tip". I was stunned! Never have I been asked for a tip. When I turned away, he came around me and said "I need my tip". I gave him $2 to go away. Never have I been asked this!!! Very rude!!!
IKEA is a great store. The prices are very reasonable. But I wish they would have more employees on the floor and more registers open. And why did we have bag our own purchases?
Open more registers. Every time we shop it takes as long to check out as it does to shop. And very disappointed to see IKEA allowing people to bring their pets into the store (in a dog stroller no doubt) today. The woman in the living room sofa area was very nice to walk us to a sideboard item when I asked where it was located. I appreciate that.
The workers are VERY rude. If you have a question about something don't dare ask unless you want a smart remark thrown at you. One lady was so rude to my boyfriend and I for just asking where something was that even the people around us were talking about how nasty she was after she walked off. Terrible experience.
We need an Ikea in the Raleigh NC area. Miss to have Ikea close to home .
Ordered a product almost a month ago. It was supposed to arrive over a week and a half ago. I called IKEA, was promised a phone call last Monday on more information about my order. I called again today and was told I would get a call back by 5pm. I will not be shopping via IKEA online ever again.
