I have never ever had an issue with Ikea. I visit quite regularly and I drive almost 2 hours one way. I am very pleased with the products....the prices and especially with the cafeteria. Everyone is so friendly and courteous and willing to help if you need assistance. I just wish they would build one here on SC close to Columbia. But until they do I will continue to travel to get the things I can't get elsewhere.
I luv luv luv IKEA. Everything we bought is coming together swimmingly. It is making such a difference with getting our home organized. So thankful to have a husband who can build stuff. It's a plus with IKEA because you havta put everything together and I do mean everything! It sure saves you tons financially though and that's huge!!!

We were in Charlotte yesterday visiting. My wife wanted me to go with her to Ikea, because I have never been. The only thing I knew for sure that I wanted to buy was Pankakar, the Swedish pancakes. I endured the long walk with her following the arrows on the floor. I think their inventory is OK, but nothing that really gets me excited.I think people probably get fooled on the appliances, thinking they are buying something Swedish. Way too many customers then the small amount of staff could handle. After waiting in line 15 mins with the flow of another 30 to 40 mins waiting. We left the cart with items we wanted and walked out. Need more staff. You are overworking the staff you do have.
I've love Ikea for years, one of the greatest stores out there!!!!
