The return and exchange line is insane. Good number system but seriously felt like I was at the DMV.
We are still waiting the delivery three weeks ago! The call center scheduled the delivery two times but they never arrived. We called back and wrote emails but they never did what they promise. It looks like they answer something just to get rid of people complaining.
Found everything I needed and had to leave it all behind because there was a two hour long check out line.
Don't ever go on weekends. They got nothing on their shelves and they don't replace either so finally you can't buy anything you wanted.
