My friend and I visited the Charlotte location and we were blown away. There was so much to look at and we really enjoyed ourselves. I had a good time. We really liked the home displays. Definitely will go back very soon.
It was 1st time there but definitely won't be my last. Love it.

Always fun to go to Ikea. It is a fairly long drive from where I live (40 miles) so we don't go frequently (2-3 times a year). Great product offerings. Only complaint is that the hot food served in the cafeteria could be warmer/hotter. Great coffee and outstanding chocolate cake.
Came home after shopping trip with my twenty something daughter who will be moving out soon. I bought some lampshades that didn't work out so I need to return them. Went on their website to get hours of operation and what do I see but s coupon for $25 off of a $150 purchase that no one in the store alerted us to! We've been there twice this week and she could have saved 50 on her total purchases. That's a lot for a college student! When I tried to call customer service I waited 35 minutes on the phone.
