The worst service to deliver your stuff. I bought more than $2,000 in furniture and they didn't call me the day of the delivery, I lost the entire day. I called 20 times and they never took my call. The company that deliver your bought (XPO logistics) is also a bulls***t. I'll never buy something again here.
So I came to the store just to find out that the cashier are complete disrespectful spoke with someone who claim to be store manager and say his name was Alex instead to provide an apologizes for the delay and all the wait he just treat us like we where bothering there!!
IKEA picked up my recalled dressers. I was shocked when after depositing the check I got a letter from my bank that the check couldn't be deposited because of lack of funds!! IKEA doesn't have money in their checking account?? Plus I was charged by my bank for the returned check. Now I can't reach anyone in customer service so I can get my almost $400 back!!
