Outstandingly Thorough I was so impressed with the thorough inspection David did on the house I was thinking about buying. He was there for about 3 1/2 hours and left no stone unturned. I felt so much better about decision after hearing what he told me and reading his report and photos that came later. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking to buy a home. He is very pleasant, professional, and obviously well-trained in his line of work.

I Would Gladly Refer David was awesome! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He even got on the roof, something previous inspectors we have used did not do. I loved that he noted serial numbers on all the appliances and provided a recall report, also something we've not gotten before. He was well priced and we had our report in hand within 24 hours on the weekend. Great experience all around!

Exceptional Service David was fantastic. As a first time home buyer, David was very thorough in helping to fill in my knowledge gaps, and walking me through every detail of the house. Plenty of pictures, and great amounts of detail in the report. Exceptional service, and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to do business with David again.

Our Top Pick Peggie and I would rate your service as a 5+5+5+5+5. In other words we were pleased. We were referred by Jim Duffy. We are new to the Georgia area and had no idea who to call for our inspection. We appreciate you doing such a professional job and in such a timely manner. The report was detailed and accurate. We received a copy via email with picture.

Outstanding Service David was very thorough with his inspection, notes and pictures! As a first time home buyer my husband and myself had many questions and he was able to answer all of them. Quality Home Inspection This was my first time building a home and I had a concern with the quality of the home. I felt so relieved when the report indicated the house was well built. Of course there were some issues, but none I felt was a deal breaker. I was provided the best inspection report I had ever received versus prior home purchases.
