Very Good Experience My experience was very good. David and his assistant were very thorough in examining the house. They answered my questions with simple explanations that the layman could understand. The photos were very detailed and showed all defects David and his assistant found. I would recommend David highly to anyone needing a detailed inspection.

They inspected things I would never have thought of, and had the right equipment to make the inspection quickly and very thorough. Definitely Recommend! Inspector was able to come out very quickly. The report was terrific; he took pictures of everything, including the appliance make/model info as well as pictures of where your water, gas, electric shut offs were and where the filter was. Another best thing I can say is that he does answer questions afterwards. I would definitely recommend!

Great Experience I had a great experience. The personnel at the office made me feel like a family member and although I could not be present at the inspection the inspector was very detailed and the pictures and the notes were very easy to understand. I will be using IHI in the future and refer them to friends, family or anyone who needs an inspection.
