Very Impressive Very good experience! David is thorough and willing to answer any questions. He followed up on any concerns that I expressed by investigating the problem then providing an explanation. Friendly, polite and truly great customer service, which is a priority for me. Everyone who saw his detailed report were very impressed. Better than any ever seen.

Very Personable Great personable company! They give you a large complete inspection report which was great for buying our first house and having a detailed list of things to complete in the future. They also sent an amazing thank you postcard that featured our house on the front, very nice touch!

Exceptional And Thorough David arrived on time as scheduled. David was extremely thorough and attentive to every detail during the inspection. I liked how he walked the roof and crawled in tight spaces. He patiently answered questions I had about various items. He endured the sarcasm I threw at him. I feel very confident in his evaluation of the home!

Excellent Knowledge We used David for our home inspection and we could not recommend him enough. Greatly Appreciated David has been exceptional for all of my clients. His inspections had been very thorough and all of my clients have been extremely pleased. David is one of the few home inspectors that climb up and do a full roof inspection. One of my clients was able to get the Seller to replace the entire roof. Hats off to you David. Well Worth The Cost David is very thorough and does a great job explaining concerns in a way that is easily understood. The level of detail in his report is spectacular and not only gave us great leverage in negotiating repairs on our new home, but now we also have an exhaustive list of things to work on. The bottom line is that we were able to buy with confidence!
