First Home Buyer I was very nervous about the entire home purchase process, as this was my first home to buy on my own. Not only was David's inspection thorough and informative, his findings and encouragement gave me the boost of confidence I would not had up to that point. Exceeded My Expectations Great Job! Very thorough and quite personable, I can't offer a more critical review because it was my first home inspection and it exceeded all my expectations, the only thing that would've made it better would be a catered lunch!

Outstandingly Thorough I was so impressed with the thorough inspection David did on the house I was thinking about buying. He was there for about 3 1/2 hours and left no stone unturned. I felt so much better about decision after hearing what he told me and reading his report and photos that came later. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking to buy a home. He is very pleasant, professional, and obviously well-trained in his line of work.

Two Thumbs Up! IHI was referred to me by a real estate friend and his recommendation to me was spot on! I have had several home inspectors over the years. IHI is head and shoulders above the rest. Thorough and competent, they provide an easy to read and understand report complete with pictures that is very comprehensive. Two thumbs up!

Well Done! David was prompt, thorough and professional. No detail was overlooked. I have never experienced a better inspection and had the results within 24 hours. For a bonus, I received a recall report on every appliance in the house the day after receiving the report. Well done, David thanks for this great experience!

Recommend Him Highly David was very thorough in his inspection. He is knowledgeable and communicates well during the inspection process. Although it takes a few hours to complete the process, he never hesitates to stop and answer customer questions and or concerns. I have used his services twice and would recommend him highly.

The Best This was the best, most thorough inspection we have ever had. The report was detailed with several pictures. The team was friendly and answered all our questions. Our realtor even commented that this was the finest and best detailed report she has seen in her thirty years in the business. IHI came highly recommended and we were not disappointed!

Great Job! The experience was very positive. Everyone arrived on time. The inspection was mostly a focus on termite issues, it was thorough. All questions were answered. The written report was very detailed with quality pictures.
