High Professional Attitude David did the inspection on our new home like none I've ever seen. He literally inspected the home from top to bottom, side to side, inside and outside. Extremely Well I am amazed you climbed up on that awfully high pitched roof to find all the roof problems that are to be corrected/repaired before we close on the home. Wonderful Service As expected, David was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as we went through the house. We cannot wait to have him back out for the final inspection in June. I look forward to continue to refer business to him and his company.
Most Rewarding Experience Although we did not personally meet David, from the report we received it was evident that he was extremely thorough in his inspection. It is difficult now a days to find inspectors who genuinely care about what they do but with David we felt that he did an excellent job. We feel comfortable with the results he provided and will be moving forward with our home purchase.
Definitely Recommend! Inspector was able to come out very quickly. The report was terrific; he took pictures of everything, including the appliance make/model info as well as pictures of where your water, gas, electric shut offs were and where the filter was. Another best thing I can say is that he does answer questions afterwards. I would definitely recommend!
Thoroughly Satisfied I was completely and thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by David at my home inspection. From the roof down, David inspected everything possible and also spent some time with me after the inspection giving me a verbal report. He followed up with the written report. A+ job.
Beyond Expectation David is a home inspector 'diamond in the rough'! I've worked with a handful of inspectors in Atlanta, and no one compares. The reports are exceptional and very detailed - just like the inspection. The personal service prior, during and post-closing are rare in this industry. The benefit is far beyond the cost!
