Recommend Without Hesitation As a buyer living 4.5 hours away, I was very pleased that David Lelak's home inspection provided pictures of the acceptable, maintenance/repair, and defects items. Quality Home Inspection This was my first time building a home and I had a concern with the quality of the home. I felt so relieved when the report indicated the house was well built. Of course there were some issues, but none I felt was a deal breaker. I was provided the best inspection report I had ever received versus prior home purchases. Very Good Experience My experience was very good. David and his assistant were very thorough in examining the house. They answered my questions with simple explanations that the layman could understand. The photos were very detailed and showed all defects David and his assistant found. I would recommend David highly to anyone needing a detailed inspection.

That is a terribly high pitched roof you climbed on in the dampness to find missing shingles and other damage for sellers to repair. Thorough and Professional David was great! I went to meet David at the home site an hour after our appointed time. My friends all told me to forget it. He'll be gone by now, Not only was he there and hard at work, he was there five and a half hours later! David is thorough and professional. Well worth his fee.
