Exceeded My Expectations Great Job! Very thorough and quite personable, I can't offer a more critical review because it was my first home inspection and it exceeded all my expectations, the only thing that would've made it better would be a catered lunch!
Recommend Without Hesitation As a buyer living 4.5 hours away, I was very pleased that David Lelak's home inspection provided pictures of the acceptable, maintenance/repair, and defects items. I eagerly agreed to pay for a follow-up inspection of the seller corrections by David. It is very easy to understand why David comes VERY highly recommended by my Realtor. Great Job!
Outstandingly Thorough I was so impressed with the thorough inspection David did on the house I was thinking about buying. He was there for about 3 1/2 hours and left no stone unturned. I felt so much better about decision after hearing what he told me and reading his report and photos that came later. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking to buy a home. He is very pleasant, professional, and obviously well-trained in his line of work.

Extremely Knowledgeable IHI was able to schedule my inspection during the due diligence period. They inspected things I would never have thought of, and had the right equipment to make the inspection quickly and very thorough. The report was presented in such a manner we could show it to the seller and agree on repairs. We were able to close with confidence.
Very Good Experience My experience was very good. David and his assistant were very thorough in examining the house. They answered my questions with simple explanations that the layman could understand. The photos were very detailed and showed all defects David and his assistant found. I would recommend David highly to anyone needing a detailed inspection.

That is a terribly high pitched roof you climbed on in the dampness to find missing shingles and other damage for sellers to repair. Pointing out all electrical and potential water problems will save me countless $$. Thank you IHI!
Thorough and Timely David was very thorough and explained everything clearly in layman terms. It was great to have pictures of serial numbers and information on the appliances, etc. He did an awesome job and was timely with reports. Thanks!
The Best This was the best, most thorough inspection we have ever had. The report was detailed with several pictures. The team was friendly and answered all our questions. Our realtor even commented that this was the finest and best detailed report she has seen in her thirty years in the business. IHI came highly recommended and we were not disappointed!
