Greatly Appreciated David has been exceptional for all of my clients. His inspections had been very thorough and all of my clients have been extremely pleased. David is one of the few home inspectors that climb up and do a full roof inspection. One of my clients was able to get the Seller to replace the entire roof. Hats off to you David. Very Personable Great personable company! They give you a large complete inspection report which was great for buying our first house and having a detailed list of things to complete in the future. They also sent an amazing thank you postcard that featured our house on the front, very nice touch!
Thorough And Efficient David was on time, very professional and thorough in his inspection of our new home. His photos clearly displayed the issues, which was not only helpful to us as buyers, but for us to share with the sellers who were willing to make repairs. He turned our report around in 2 days. Online payment was easy, too! Would recommend to anyone!
One Of A Kind Inspector David did an excellent job, very thorough and even in not so nice weather. It was an ugly, cold and very windy day but he still climbed up on the roof to inspect and photograph the roof and tops of the window seals. He took his time, didn't rush and found even little things that I would have missed and not seen. Luckily no major issues were found.

Extremely Thorough The inspectors were extremely thorough, checking everything - interior and exterior walls, roof, crawl space, pool, decking, appliances, windows, wiring, etc.. Their findings confirmed my own observations and their descriptions of what needed to be done helped us to make an informed decision. I am sure they saved us a lot of money and headaches.
Fantastic Experience I recently had an inspection done by David Lelak and he did a great job thoroughly and very diligently inspecting the whole house, including things that most inspectors won't do (like inspecting the roof).
