Well Worth The Cost David is very thorough and does a great job explaining concerns in a way that is easily understood. The level of detail in his report is spectacular and not only gave us great leverage in negotiating repairs on our new home, but now we also have an exhaustive list of things to work on. The bottom line is that we were able to buy with confidence!
Greatly Appreciated David has been exceptional for all of my clients. His inspections had been very thorough and all of my clients have been extremely pleased. David is one of the few home inspectors that climb up and do a full roof inspection. One of my clients was able to get the Seller to replace the entire roof. Hats off to you David. Great Experience I had a great experience. The personnel at the office made me feel like a family member and although I could not be present at the inspection the inspector was very detailed and the pictures and the notes were very easy to understand. I will be using IHI in the future and refer them to friends, family or anyone who needs an inspection.
