Thorough And Comprehensive The most thorough home inspection I've ever had. David looked at anything and everything, and was happy to have me along asking questions the whole time. Not only did he note and document what he saw but he also gave me a great idea of whether or not an issue was something I could just keep an eye on or would need to get fixed right away. David is friendly, helpful, and very good at what he does.
Well Worth the Cost IHI Home Inspections and David are by far the best home inspection service I have ever used. Thorough and Timely David was very thorough and explained everything clearly in layman terms. It was great to have pictures of serial numbers and information on the appliances, etc. He did an awesome job and was timely with reports. Thanks!
