Extremely Well I am amazed you climbed up on that awfully high pitched roof to find all the roof problems that are to be corrected/repaired before we close on the home. Exceeded All Expectations The value an inspector brings his knowledge, and let me tell you, David is equipped with a lot of it. David is a true professional, as he answered all of my questions with no hesitation whatsoever. David is also very meticulous with every aspect of his craft, which was evidenced in his report. Highly recommend because he exceeded all expectations.

High Professional Attitude David did the inspection on our new home like none I've ever seen. He literally inspected the home from top to bottom, side to side, inside and outside. Fantastic Experience I recently had an inspection done by David Lelak and he did a great job thoroughly and very diligently inspecting the whole house, including things that most inspectors won't do (like inspecting the roof). Thorough And Efficient David was on time, very professional and thorough in his inspection of our new home. His photos clearly displayed the issues, which was not only helpful to us as buyers, but for us to share with the sellers who were willing to make repairs. He turned our report around in 2 days. Incredibly Detailed David was great during our inspection! Each time he noticed something he'd be sure to point it out to us first and explain it (rather than having us just read it in the report). Most Rewarding Experience Although we did not personally meet David, from the report we received it was evident that he was extremely thorough in his inspection. It is difficult now a days to find inspectors who genuinely care about what they do but with David we felt that he did an excellent job. We feel comfortable with the results he provided and will be moving forward with our home purchase.

Professional and Efficient Having worked with several property inspectors over the last few years, I can say that David was the most diligent and methodical property inspector I have seen so far. He actually climbed the roof to assess the roof condition, he thoroughly checked each and every thing inside as well as outside the house and provided a comprehensive report.
