Thorough and Professional David was great! I went to meet David at the home site an hour after our appointed time. My friends all told me to forget it. He'll be gone by now, Not only was he there and hard at work, he was there five and a half hours later! David is thorough and professional. Well worth his fee.

One Of A Kind Inspector David did an excellent job, very thorough and even in not so nice weather. It was an ugly, cold and very windy day but he still climbed up on the roof to inspect and photograph the roof and tops of the window seals. He took his time, didn't rush and found even little things that I would have missed and not seen. Luckily no major issues were found.
Thoroughly Satisfied I was completely and thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by David at my home inspection. From the roof down, David inspected everything possible and also spent some time with me after the inspection giving me a verbal report. He followed up with the written report. A+ job.
David was extremely thorough and I feel like I know everything that I will need to address in the future with my home. He doesn't miss a corner. He is unbiased and honest. Patient and focused.

That is a terribly high pitched roof you climbed on in the dampness to find missing shingles and other damage for sellers to repair. Recommend Without Hesitation As a buyer living 4.5 hours away, I was very pleased that David Lelak's home inspection provided pictures of the acceptable, maintenance/repair, and defects items.
