Thorough And Comprehensive The most thorough home inspection I've ever had. David looked at anything and everything, and was happy to have me along asking questions the whole time. Not only did he note and document what he saw but he also gave me a great idea of whether or not an issue was something I could just keep an eye on or would need to get fixed right away. David is friendly, helpful, and very good at what he does.
Well Worth The Cost David is very thorough and does a great job explaining concerns in a way that is easily understood. The level of detail in his report is spectacular and not only gave us great leverage in negotiating repairs on our new home, but now we also have an exhaustive list of things to work on. The bottom line is that we were able to buy with confidence!
Great Experience I had a great experience. The personnel at the office made me feel like a family member and although I could not be present at the inspection the inspector was very detailed and the pictures and the notes were very easy to understand. I will be using IHI in the future and refer them to friends, family or anyone who needs an inspection.

I Would Gladly Refer David was awesome! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He even got on the roof, something previous inspectors we have used did not do. I loved that he noted serial numbers on all the appliances and provided a recall report, also something we've not gotten before. He was well priced and we had our report in hand within 24 hours on the weekend. Great experience all around!
