Greatly Appreciated David has been exceptional for all of my clients. His inspections had been very thorough and all of my clients have been extremely pleased. David is one of the few home inspectors that climb up and do a full roof inspection. One of my clients was able to get the Seller to replace the entire roof. Hats off to you David. Well Worth The Cost David is very thorough and does a great job explaining concerns in a way that is easily understood.
