Amazing Job! David did an amazing job! Negotiations were much easier when we had detailed pictures of the issues. The report came electronically (and fast) with vivid, clear pictures. You won't get a better price anywhere! Make the right decision and use IHI.

Recommend Him Highly David was very thorough in his inspection. He is knowledgeable and communicates well during the inspection process. Although it takes a few hours to complete the process, he never hesitates to stop and answer customer questions and or concerns. I have used his services twice and would recommend him highly.

Beyond Expectation David is a home inspector 'diamond in the rough'! I've worked with a handful of inspectors in Atlanta, and no one compares. The reports are exceptional and very detailed - just like the inspection. The personal service prior, during and post-closing are rare in this industry. The benefit is far beyond the cost! Great Job! The experience was very positive. Everyone arrived on time. The inspection was mostly a focus on termite issues, it was thorough. All questions were answered. The written report was very detailed with quality pictures.
Extremely Thorough The inspectors were extremely thorough, checking everything - interior and exterior walls, roof, crawl space, pool, decking, appliances, windows, wiring, etc.. Their findings confirmed my own observations and their descriptions of what needed to be done helped us to make an informed decision. I am sure they saved us a lot of money and headaches.
