*Business practice at university crossing property* I purchased a private space for the summer term and made my intentions of renewing the lease for the upcoming year very clear. All the staff present agreed that it would be no problem. A few days after signing my lease they told me my room is sold for the fall and are trying to pressure me into buying out two bedspaces for several hundred more a month than I pay now, or moving buildings. We received ***** application for Summer **** on 5/27/22 and sent them a lease for their second choice floorplan (2 Bed 1 *************** on 6/9/22. We have the ability for ***** to renew for the following year but that would require a transfer. The floorplan they chose has been sold out since 3/30/22 and listed as waitlisted on our website since then. We only have 6 spaces of this unit type in the entire building and availability is very limited. Currently, the only private bedroom offerings we have are in the 2 Bed 2 *****... read more

Very poorly managed! Last night they wrongfully towed my vehicle from a visitors parking spot. I was there for no more then 3 hours when my vehicle was towed from there parking lot. This is not the first time it has happened in the complex as the neighbors say the manager ***** will have any car towed weather it has a parking pass or not. This is very wrong I will not be recommending any family or friends to this complex. DO NOT RENT OR VISIT THIS LOCATION ON LANCASTER DRIVE MANAGER *****!!!!!!

On the date this happened there was an asphalt project at the community and the parking lot was being seal coated and striped. All customers had been notified of the project on multiple occasions. The first notification was a month in advance to give all residents plenty of time to prepare and plan for their parking needs. Following my move out at Desert Creek Apartments which I cleaned very well I was charged for a full apartment clean. Mind you I work in a clean room making prescription pharmaceuticals so when I say it was cleaned, it WAS! When I voiced this to Greystar they replied 60 days after my move out with addition carpet cleaning charges. I issued them a letter stating that I had video of the apartment showing it was completely clean and they cannot ADD charges to my account 60 days later. *********************** is very unprofessional. After applying for an apartment and paying their Admin fee o went to the property to view a unit. After viewing I asked for the Lease Agreement to be issued. Nothing. And I mean ZERO contact from them. I had applied for a few other apts and had been approved for all of them. ACCOUNT #******** PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!! Like many others, my experience with Greystar apartment property H32343***353434333935H has been horrible. I rented 2 apartments at Laurel ****** Apartments unit #*** and #***. When I moved out of unit #*** I did not get charged move out charges. RACIST AND RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER Ive been living at Campus Edge for about a year and a half and Ive never really had any issues during my lease, the ONLY issues I have had all were with *************************, the General Property Manager. I have had 3 uncomfortable and off putting interactions with him the most recent being unnecessarily and unfairly fined for a pet I have no possession of because he noticed a friend of mine (that did not have a lease) on the premises with a dog!
