I've been a resident at this place for 3 years. The management changes so often Noone ever knows who they are. If something is wrong with your apartment you have to start the process over every time to make management aware so, nothing gets Repaired. Maintenance quit. The pool has been green and nasty since before the pandemic. Except when they did a photo shoot for their advertising. This place has over 50 percent vacancies right now. I rented at ******** Apts. in *********, **. managed by Greystar. They concealed from me the fact that the man below me smoked. When I complained, they lied and said that smoking was allowed everywhere, The truth is smoking was banned inside the apartments. I terminated the lease early and they provided fraudulent documents,with my forged e-signature on them, to NCS to collect a debt i did not owe. I moved here about 3 years ago. It felt like the right think to do. Things slowly started to go down hill at the end of year 2. At the time it was owned by another company. But things still got done. Greystar came in 8 months or so ago and I believe things would get better with new management. Well it got worse. I just had a serious leak in my apartment from the tenant up above.
