Greystar uses Fetch as a middleman delivery service. Meaning, ALL packages you want shipped to your residence will have to go to this random warehouse first. Fetch monopolized the delivery service industry and Greystar gets a cut of their profits by using them all at the expense of the resident. If someone tries to send you a surprise package to your doorstep, sorry you'll likely never see that package because Greystar enforces the use of the 3rd party address. The Vistas reached out to me and offered to close my account balance, I paid the balance in full within 10 days and since then they've filed credit reports against my guarantor.My apartment had 6 square feet of mold in the closet. They refused to check CCTV to help me find the people responsible for the damages.

Once we realized the error in August, ****** office pulled your account from collections and wrote off the remaining charges on your account as per the offer you were sent. We apologize that you did not have a great experience while living at our property but we appreciate your feedback and will continue to work towards providing a better experience for our residents.

The leasing office and the staffs at ******************************** owned by the Greystar property at East ****** is real s*** If I can give 0 stars here, I would.The attitude of the leasing agents is phenomenal.They let you wait while they do all the chitchatting with their coworkers, they also make you pay and live in rooms without AC and will not inform you beforehand.Wow. Keep it up greystar. Not all customers are stupid.

Air Conditioner leaks doesn't work in Arizona it states 48 that's the law it's been over a week this apartment complex refuses to follow the law their practices are illegal Palm Court Apartments 20401 North 19th Avenue Phoenix Arizona

MY ISSUES WERE RESOLVED Living at Campus Edge for a year and a half I didn't have very many complaints the only concerns were with the property manager, *************************, who is closed minded and very rude to his tenants, BUT even with my concerns I was able to speak with customer service, the Area manager Mrs.****** who is AMAZING and the Vice President of American Campus Comm. Appliances were not stainless steel. When I did my walk through I found hair and nail clippings in all drawers in the bathrooms. When I moved put they forced me to pay to replace the carpet claiming it was discolored when it was fine. Never live here they will scam you

Management of property is unsatisfactory. Over a month suppoae to receive bogus amount from deposit and the deductions are unfair. As of today (July 5th moved out before June 30th) still have not received deposit. Spoke with property management and did not agree with the charges. Something is going wrong with the complex.My apartment was so clean, it was immediately ready for occupancy.

WORST LANDLORD EVER!! This company comes in and raises the rent to an astronomical level and reduced the amenities. They do NOTHING about dog p*** and urine all over the property especially in front of Building 6. I can no longer use my balcony due to the rancid smell of dog f**** and urine right in front of the patio. I have the perpetrators on video, however, Greystar would like me to confront the neighbor and put myself into a very dangerous situation. No security or pest control!! *Business practice at university crossing property* I purchased a private space for the summer term and made my intentions of renewing the lease for the upcoming year very clear. All the staff present agreed that it would be no problem.
