Had a clogged sink Hub tried to snake it but couldn’t reach the clog. Call home Serve they were in constant communication with me. The plumber they sent is a reputable business in my area. I placed call Monday late afternoon Plumber came out Wednesday morning

Overall, I give HomeServe this rating. I do believe they should thoroughly review contractors when they don’t return calls (not a good sign). I requested a replacement contractor. Luckily HomeServe sent me a contractor that performed 5 star service. Thank you HomeServe!

Home serve is terrible. The communication is non existent. I call the number listed to the tech (WAYNE HEATING/AIR & APPLIANCE LLC. ) that should have came out and never got an answer and they never showed up to fix my air. This company Homeserve is very unprofessional. Why are we paying for services and they never show up!!! I have called them 20 times today and not one answer. I even left vmails.

I have never been a customer. I have received multiple mailing requests to take coverage from them. I don't have a problem with the request but in how I get removed from their mailing list. They give me three options to accept coverage, that is clearly laid out. Complete the form and return, Visit their website, Call a number. In comparison, I am provided one option for getting removed from the mailing list that is not prominently displayed on the letter. Sewer line was backing up as a result of tree roots. Tree roots were cleared (by our own plumber) and line is flowing, but Home Serve will not replace the line until it backs up again (when tree roots work back into the line).

If I could give a negative rating I would. This is the SECOND time I have been let down by HomeServe and I thought I had done my homework and background only to be told they cover NOTHING!!! All HomeServe is is a way to network for HVAC companies. HomeServe sends them out, they diagnose the "issue" and HomeServe denies the claim and pays NOTHING!! I was disappointed with my service call. I paid the $25 sevice call fee and the company that you used came out the next morning which was fine. I was told that my system needed Freon and that was not covered by my plan. Again this was fine. I'm disappointed because the technician told me that he did not have any freon with him and that I had to call another company to charge my system. I have been using homeserve for over 5 years now. Have 2 accounts with them. I am so fed up with them now! We have a cooling issue with out AC unit in the first floor since last year. They came and the technician told us that the coolant is low so MAYBE that's the problem blah blah and says fill is up and it should be fine. We paid for that by the pound and it worked for the 2 months if that last summer. ALL winter obviously its not used. Same thing this year its not cooling.
