Home warranty suppose to offer you peace of mind but this company Homeserve gave me the run around and more stress

My sister (widowed) in ******* * ** has been asking/requesting help with a toilet problem for OVER a week, she has called, I have called, sent e-mails, and have yet to get any response or help with his issues. Requested a Supervisor, was told they could't help but would sed the request for a call.... NO RESPONSE FOR THAT EITHER. Customer service is virtually non existence. Looking at ALL the many poor reviews I am shocked that they manage to stay in business... SAY AWAY FOLKS....

We called HomeServe about a plumbing problem and within 2hrs we had ******** ********at our home fixing the problem. The problem became bigger than we thought, but with just a phone call to HomeServe the problem was covered by the insurance program we had with HomeServe. Thank you for the help!!

well the guy that came out was awesome but it took 3 weeks to get a contractor to call me....first contractor had call setup never showed up waited for them to call me back up and nothing I got free time to call HomeServe again to get a contractor back out. The director and the regional manager were well aware of the open work order being open and it still too several weeks to respond All around poor business management We have several plans with homeserve and the regional leaders at one time denied us coverage fully knowing... read more

Our service technician was on time, very friendly and professional. He fixed the problem and the cost was covered by Home Serve.
