On March 18, 2022 I was contacted by Customer Service (***********) and was told that my utility company will no longer include my HomeServ USA service contract payment, in my monthly utility bill. It will now be necessary to pay monthly in a different manner. I am retired and live most of the year in ********and pay ALL of my USA bills with my online banking service through ******** **** ** *** So, I told the representative that I would simply make HOMESERV a payee with my online banking service, and my bank would send them... read more

Very pleased. One call to customer service set all in motion. Their local vendor contacted us the next morning (our original call being placed on a Sunday afternoon), scheduled a service call for first thing the following morning. Technician arrived on time, promptly determined the issue, resolved our constriction (outside the house, beneath entryway by driveway). So glad this coverage exists in our area.

The HomeServe representative handled my service call with patience, friendliness and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. No hassels and I didn't have to call back. The company they referred us to was sent out in a very timely manner. He too was very nice and completed the repairs very quickly. We were very pleased with the service HomeServe provided from start to finish.

HomeServe was great. I had a new hot water tank installed and the contractor Mayes and Sons was excellent not only we're they on time and very professional they also did a fine job.Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the quick response to my request for service. I had a drain issue and leak around a pipe. HomeServe immediately connected me with a contracted plumber and the issue was resolved promptly. I highly recommend HomeServe for coverage of your residence. I have coverage for plumbing, electrical, the sewer line and more.
