These ******** are VERY good at taking your money every month but when it comes to helping you when there is a plumbing or sewage issue, they have absolutely NO sense of urgency! . The guy you sent out told us our furnace was shot. He did something to make it make a loud noise and told my husband that if he turned it on we would be dead by morning from carbon monoxide poisoning. Well we had a different guy come to look at it and the only thing wrong was a very dirty filter!! You’re guy wanted us to replace it for $4000.00 when it just needed a new filter! So either he didn’t know what he was doing, or he was putting on a good show trying to get us to spend a ton of unnecessary money. We’re not happy at... read more

I have lost 3 rate locks due to an open permit FPL Home Services will not close. Stephanie Kussrath will not return my calls and everyone wants to pass the blame around. The technician they sent out said everything was done properly but the inspector just failed it a second time. I am suffering damages that is about to lead to a lawsuit if this isn’t resolved in the next week.

Recently reviewed my elderly mothers bills and discovered she has been paying Homeserve for several very dubious policies that are collected by her gas company. She was paying for some things that are already covered on her home owners policy. The water line policy has so many exclusions, it is practically useless. In my opinion, this is a shady outfit that takes advantage of vulnerable people. Most people would be better off putting $18 per month in the bank (or a coffee can) and making their own emergency repair fund.
