I've had AC service done by FPL in the past, & continually has a new service member each time. It's a rotating door at this company. Last week, the service rep told me I had mold issues in my A/C and the coils were rotting. He told me he could get a replacement unit for $6800, but I would have to "sign the contract" that day, otherwise he couldn't guarantee the price. ****** *, I had been with ******** **** ****** for 3 years paying unnecessary money to them. They are a total rip off. A friend recommended HomeServe to me. I used HomeServe for the first time regarding my water main line that was leaking, they were so quick to assist and send a plumbing company ***** to fix the issues and I can tell you that I am so blessed to have chosen HomeServe. HomeServe has been great! The Customer Service people are very helpful and nice to speak with. The contractor they recommended got in touch with me minutes after hanging up with them., and they did a great job! I have a few other contracts with them and never a problem. I would recommend them to anyone and I have!

Homeserve is well worth the money. They were very professional. They didn’t ask me a thousand questions like some warranty companies, they just wanted to know what I was experiencing. They didn’t delay getting me in touch with contractor to schedule my repair. Contractor was on time and appears to have done a great job. I will recommend Homeserve to my family and friends or whoever.

I used HomeServe for the first time. The service was exceptional. I called at 8:30AM. The CSR took my info and I received a phone call from the plumber 2hrs later. The plumber came early and finished the work in two hours. The job involved a main bathroom sink, that leak over night, flooding my cabinets. Thank you Home Serve.

HomeServe is a company that prays on those unable to keep up with the constant barrage of renewal letters designed to convince those that they have actually already signed up for renewal. My mother ended up with four service contracts after she only remembers signing up for one contract. Two years ago we called and cancelled all four. Only one was officially cancelled and the company does not send out cancellation letters or email confirmation which is unheard of.
