We had a Main Water Line Leak and HomeServe repaired it Quickly. Its not EASY getting a plumbing repair company to make a service call as many are short handed. Made a call to HomeServe and they had a Repair Provider contacted us and we made an appointment for service. The Repair Technician arrived as scheduled and repaired the leak. "SO GLAD" to have HOT WATER running again. Thank You HomeServe
Fast response! I received same day service. Very professional and my problems were solved immediately what cost me 900$ 10 years ago cost me 11.99$ a month 10 years later we’ll worth it ! Great investment I’m so thankful I purchased a policy

Saturday morning I flushed my toilet and I immediately realized there was a big problem. All my downstairs toilets would not flush. I had a HomeServe contract and called them. The dispatch said someone would contact me by the next business day. I thought "great I will be without downstairs toilets all weekend". Called HomeServe approximately 8 AM. Plumber arrived at 10.30AM to repair toilet leak. After repairs were made, I received e-mail saying repair company would contact me a few hours later to schedule repair estimate and time of repair. First time use, so far so good. ***** *********the contractor used did an excellent job in every respect.
I placed a claim to clean out my drain pipe on Thursday and was told I would be contacted and serviced within 24 hours. Now it’s Sunday and after me placing 6 follow up calls there is no work order in place. They say they’re L2 department are still trying to find a company to do the job. Very discouraging!!!

This is my second time contacting HomeServe and both times they have been extremely responsive to my needs. This second time they contacte* ******* *** ******* ** ********* I was concerned that since I live in ******** it may not be a good fit. However, on the contrary, they sent two men out immediately to assess my needs. They decided I needed a new water heater. Just recently one morning we awoke and our furnace was not working and we had no heat at all in our residence we immediately contacted Home Serve and within 2 hours we had a serviceman at our residence, the news was bad, our gas furnace, which was almost 30 years old, could no longer be serviced.
