Whenever I have had an issue with sewer lines one call to HomeServe has solved the problem! They have a local qualified plumber on the scene within hours and when they are gone so is my problem.

The Home Server contractor in Northeast ***** ***** *******, did a great job repairing our water heater at the Thanksgiving Holiday. We appreciate the fast service and professional workmanship of their technicians. Home Serve customer service did an excellent job coordinating our repair. We're glad to have this service as part of our monthly natural gas charge. It's paid for itself each year.

August last year blower motor went on my Daikin air conditioner went out. FPLHS. After some time waiting I had to get the parts for them they told me there was none around here down to in Palm Beach one in Fort Pierce one month ago my evil coil got a leak. It has been over a month ********* told me in an email a month ago 7 to 10 days I should have it to be installed I still haven't got my part and here it is almost Christmas they still have no idea when it'll be coming so again I'm going to have to locate the part here in S... read more
I do not recommend insu HomeServe insurance. There are so many restrictions and hidden clauses as to make it almost worthless. I have outside water and sewer coverage and plan to drop the policies soon.

I recently had a leak from the incoming water pipe, called HomeServe and the same day they approved the work to be done. Though I had to wait for the contractor because of others before me they did the job and then found my neighbor was leaking too. Both lines were repaired and I am very satisfied with the service.

I had a major sewer backup in my basement. I called homeserve they were very professional from start to finish. Within 3 hours of my call they sent a service man who snaked my sewer line and cleared the backup. I was extremely happy with the service.

I am very pleased with my experience. The telephone agent who had registered my claim was very professional and patiently explained me all my options. I was contacted by technician from AC company within a couple hours after I had placed the call and my problem was resolved the same day.
