The sales associate Guaranteed a lower power bill and the house to be cooler. That was September 2021. Nothing is true about any statement the sales associate made. Only thing happened is I have a $5000 bill. The management did nothing. They stated you signed the agreement and that is that. No apology, No offer of discount, No nothing. So I had a part on my furnace that broke it kept turning furnace on and off without giving heat. The motor turned on and off so much it is now making a horrible rumbling noise. The technician says he cant fix it till its totally broke and the noise is intermittent. Homeserve wont let him replace it. So what good it their maintenance agreement if aren't going to fix a bad motor.

We had a big storm, trees took out the water lines on my rental, the tenants have been misplaced for 10 DAYS, and I have not received any assistance. I believe this company is selling services that they can not provide! They have had plumbing contractors call me from TX and SC. We are in California. I am sure there are laws to protect consumers from companies offering services they can’t provide! This is unacceptable and I am seeking legal advice!

This company Homeserve is horrible,I wouldn’t recommend them, they don’t stand up to there word , I was covered for air condition ,they signed me up and when I needed them ,they ask is my air condition inside or on the roof ,so I said the roof they said it’s not covered,they don’t service on the roof,I Wasn’t asked that when I got service with ‘them,so they sent a check to cover what I paid premium’s for the months and cancel service ,there not to be trusted.do your research before getting them ,there a third party service f... read more

I have been paying a premium of $9.95 for water heater for HomeServe policy assuming that I have a premium replacement plan of $9.90 for Dominion Virginia. When my water heater failed, they tell me that I have only a lower $6.95 water heater repair/replacement policy and they will give me a credit of $1000/- for replacement only if I use their supplier. Although I have been charged more that the premium plan, but my coverage is for a lower plan.

Home service technician Rich was incredible. Unbelievably efficient timely and took the time to tell me what was going on. Thank you never had to use this service before after years of having a contract. I am more than pleased!
