I am very pleased with Home Serve home contract services. My calls get answered right away and they get in contact with the company I need right away. It's worth having home warranty contracts with Home Serve.

They were very helpful and called within 24 hrs to make appt. Electrician was very knowledgeable and was able to correct the situation Lon one visit.

Good evening I have been trying to get some one to come out because my furnace is not working. I started calling 715 this morning, the first person put me on hold for about 1/2 and never came back. The next person I spoke with told me that something was wrong with my account and I needed to call customer service at 8 am. I called at 8 and spoke with someone who told me that she will get someone to call with a confirmation, never received a call. Contacted Home Serve following the passing of my parents. I resided with my family for the past 30 years at this address, and we split utilities. Now that they have passed, I needed to change the electricity in my name. The electric company told me that they needed to establish a new account number under my name and that the the warranty riders that my mother had elected through the electric company needed to be transferred by Home Serve. I signed up for Home Serve after my sister had water line issues at her house that cost her thousands. My father has had HomeServe for years. Last month we had an issue with our furnace. I called HomeServe and the promptly answered the phone and within an hour I had a call from the heating company with an appointment. Furnace man arrived on time and quickly repaired our issue. So glad I invested in this!

As a homeowner we were encourage to sign up by the city to have interior and exterior plumbing service. I have had this service for years paying quarter for the service. I called on 11/4/21 to see when someone could come out to my house because I noticed that when I tried to wash clothes in the basement I heard bubbling noise along with water splatter that came out of the upstairs toilet.
