Had an exterior gas line leak and inspection by gas company also showed leaking valves inside as well. Called HomeServe and they sent plumber out quickly to replace valves. Following week, exterior water line started leaking. Called HomeServe and they sent out company to fix the leak. Quick and pleasant experience with HomeServe reps and all of the companies they sent to get everything fixed. So thankful I had this insurance through HomeServe!

BOTH COMPANIES HAS GOOD SERVICE, HOWEVER ,ON OUR END WE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT WE CAN'T AFFORD To PAY FOR THIS UNIT.UNFORTUNATELY ,IT HAPPENED TOO LATE, AFTER THE UNIT WAS ALREADY INSTALLED ; WE ARE REALLY SORRY ABOUT IT ;
They seem to be very reliable so far. I need a little more experience using them

GREAT JOB PEOPLES WAS VERY NICE ALSO!!!! MONEY WELL SPENT
At first I thought oh do I really need this? Just another bill. ( not much at all) but another bill. After seeing a few neighbors have an issue with their water line going to the street from the house, I thought let’s try for a bit. Well thank goodness I did. Just months after having HOMESERVE I needed help with a backup in my bathroom. HOMESERVE sent someone here same day and at 10:00 at night. and the clog was outside. It was fixed and cleaned up quickly and we were back to normal the next day.

Home Serve has come through for us many times for plumbing service calls during our sewer ordeal. They came through in a big way this month when they covered our whole sewer replacement. We are grateful and so happy that we started with HomeServe in 2015. It took some persistence and determination to make it through the whole process, and COVID difficulties didn't help the situation, but in the end we are very pleased with their service and coverage.
