Very Professional! Customer Service Representatives Excellent! Have been with Homeserve for a very very long time & have only had to use them twice. Though it took awhile, they really came through on replacing my old water heater with a wonderful brand new one. And the company they used was EXCELLENT! I’m so very happy that all went so well. I would definitely recommend Homeserve.

As a word of warning if you are having your sewer line replaced (and I assume any other type of replacement), do not let the contractor leave without completing! This is my second review, the first one being pretty positive considering the lack of communication between HomeServe and the contractors they hire. Since then, I have spent about 2 months trying to get some repairs covered but I 1) made the mistake of trying to re-seed my lawn myself since the contractor told me HomeServe would cover costs because they weren’t goin... read more

What a horrible company! Our water heater broke in November 2020. We have been customers of ********* Water company and pay extra for Line Care Insurance, which is handled through Homeserve. Homeserve facilitated the replacement of our water heater, which was done in November 2020. Approximately 5 months later, the water heater went bad. It took Homeserve over a week to get this fixed. While it was inconvenient, we chalked it up delays due to Covid. Our water heater busted yet again 4 days ago.....a repair man came in and wa... read more

Stay away...The company does not stand by their policy. My Hvac was deemed obsolete and I used their contractor to replace my unit. The contractor called HomeServe to make sure it was covered before doing the work. They asked for a list of items, which the contractor provided. Every month I called in to check, hours of waiting and getting the run a round. Calls always ended with it's being processed..... 6 months later. I was told the policy reads no coverage, their interpretation of their policy is so skewed their way.

Business response:

Nina, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your plan. I would like to have a customer advocate follow up with you to explain the terms of the contract and see if you have any other questions or concerns we could help with. Have a good day. -Lisa

I have a Homeserve contract for my air-conditioning. I have a recurrent leak from the attic. At the second visit the technician stated that the AC was unrepairable because the condensate catch pan had a hole in it and it could not be replaced because my machine was too old. I was at work during this conversation. He indicated that I needed to replace the entire system. A few minutes later a salesman called to make an appointment to replace the machine. After I came home I inspected the machine and found the catch pan full of... read more

I have been working to get a sewer lateral reimbursement check for my mom since March 2021. After sending in the required paperwork in March and multiple calls May/June/July to follow-up on status/timing to receive her reimbursement check I was finally escalated to the HomeServe Repair Management WOW team mid-July. At first, I thought we were on our way after receiving two follow-up calls from the WOW team contact I had spoken with directly about our situation. She told me the finance department had approved reissuing of the... read more
