We had a problem with our exterior waste line. We called home serve explained our situation and was told we would have someone at our home within 48 hrs. We explained that we had health issues that would be a problem if we had to wait. Home serve put in an emergency request. We had someone at our home that afternoon. The plumber they sent was knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what our problem was and got to work on it. With in 2 hrs our problem was resolved. My wife and I had a problem with the dishwasher well apart had to be ordered they got the part in and I thought two days was too much to wait for it so I called and talk to a gentleman named Anthony * he jumped right on it and we had somebody lined up to come to our condo to replace the part within three hours so my kudos out to Anthony * who works for Florida power and light Home Warrenty
Had an emergency plumbing issue. This service was awesome. They sent 1 company that was unable to fix the problem but they had another out the next day and problem was solved. Both companies they sent were very professional and polite. I wish my regular home warranty company was this responsive.

Contractors were helpful & experienced, the work they did didn’t take long, they knew what they were doing & cleaned up when the job was done. Very satisfied.

The service tech was awesome - so helpful, answered many questions and had a friendly, helpful attitude to all the questions. However, the problem I'm having wasn't addressed because he said that is not what he was there for, although MSD Home Warranty is the one who set the appt up. Not the tech's fault, but now I need to follow up again (4th time in 2 years) to find out why I'm having the problems.
I have been paying for *********through my water company for a long time now never thinking that I would really need it, but I came back from from walking my dog one day to find a leak with a big puddle in the middle of my lawn. I contacted HomeServe and was immediately contacted by their plumber. I am happy to say that the problem was repaired within less than 24 hours, so I am a very pleased customer.

I called in a service request on May 11th. An HVAC Technician came to my home on May 19th and stated they would submit a repair request to Home Serve. I waited for a week or two and did not hear anything back, so I reached out to Home Serve. They stated that the company did not submit pricing with the repair request, so they would have to come back out to inspect.
