Terrible experience. If anyone asks I will recommend that they do not use Home Serve Sewer line insurance.

Excellent service. slow drain in my sink one phone call dispatch sent a tech to fix the problem within a hour.

Home Serve made the solution to my problems so easy and stress free!! They were very effective, professional and effecient! I have had other warrenty companies and they have not been as good as home serve!! I would recommend home serve to any friend or family for sure!!!!

It sounded like a good plan. I was given a quote and payment receipt via email but was then charged my credit card an arbitrary amount. When I contacted the company they couldnt explain the difference in charge. They said it was taxes added but it wasn't a correct tax amount. They even stated that they don't send payment receipts via email. Customer service was no help at all.

Customer service reps are very friendly and courteous and i trust them. All of the issues i was having were taken care of by courteous and knowledgeable people in a timely manner. The payments are very affordable. I highly recommend them to any homeowner

The plumber arrived the day after the call. He analyzed the problem and fixed the cracked pipe within a few hours. And this service contract covered the entire cost. I was impressed.
