I had an A/C issue: low cool air. I called HomeServe, requested service from one of their A/C service providers I was familiar with ****** **** *** **** ****.). They happily complied, and Steve showed up an hour later, resolved the issue in a record time of 15 minutes. It was a great experience with the HomeServe compliance to my special request and the quick response from Steve, a skillful technician working for the **** *****that I strongly recommend for any A/C service.

Very poor service. Took 2 to 3 weeks to resolve my problems. Had to wait excessive amount of time to ever get HomeServe on the phone. Had plan for years, but plan to cancel and go with another company in the future.

As far as I am aware we have septic line coverage with this company. Every year they take out an amount from our bank account. However all year long we receive mail in various forms of my name or my husbands with different honorifics. These mailings are asking us to get the septic line coverage. At one point I even received the notice using my ****handle as our last name. The number to opt out for the mailing takes you to an account line if you need service or to cancel service. Their is no choice to opt out of the mailings.... read more

After calling HomeServe to report the problem with my indoor Sewer line, the contracted plumbing company "Total Plumbing" called me within 2 mins to schedule the job. They came out and did a wonderful job! The technician Dave was great. Then just days later we had another issue (with something else), Total Plumbing was back the very next day to resolve the problem. This time we had Antonio, he also was wonderful to work with.
