The service was great! I had to call twice to get the plumber out but Lanzó plumbing was amazing! John and his associate were great! Very helpful and informative.

The service is garbage! They told me 3 different times they would send someone out to light my pilot so I could have hot water to shower. I waited at home a full day with no call from them or the service provider. Finally on my last call they returned me back to ******** Natural Gas and said the only way I could get my Outside water heater relit was to be home for an appointment at their convenience. My wife and I both had jobs for the day. I pleaded for a time I could be home and they pretty much said Tuff...I had to do it ... read more

My air conditioner wasn’t working. It was a Sunday so no one came out till Monday. I live in the central valley of **********temperature reached 114* that day. The technician said there was a blown fuse I recommended some service. I was charge $75 for diagnostic. So when the unit it still not working. I called back your company and I spoke to the contractor. So when the contractor came back replace the fuse did maintenance cleaning and charge me $375, when I questioned the charges I was told by your company. That since I spo... read more

Working with home serve was amazing. They set everything up for me. They sent ** ****** ********out to do the work. They were also awesome. Thank you Carl for getting everything going in the right direction again. I recommend both of these companies.

Do not purchase this plan if you want your appliances covered . I have been asking for repair of my AC for almost 2 months. I have been denied service or repair. Supervisor ********* her customer service agents and technicians lie straight out. I did have one honest technician however they chose to discard his report. Criminal if you ask me.
This company sells products with misleading tactics. Do not sign up for their service!

I’m not apply with the service what’s so ever I made a call on last week Thursday and the person who picked up was very generous and help me connected with the Plummer and after the plumber got home he start curing really bad and I was surprised by his remarks and I asked him why is wrong and he keep saying this is bad I won’t touch this and that and he finally walked out the house and I never heard anything back from anyone and I’m really upset with the service I got form home serve and I’m considering to change my insuranc... read more
