Be aware that when you purchase exterior water and sewerage pipe coverage for pipes that are on your property, it only covers pipes up to the foundation of your house. After paying $245.00 a year for what I thought was coverage for the pipes on my property, I found that a pipe that ran under my house was not covered. Even though it was an underground exterior pipe that happened to run under the house, I would have had to have 'Interior Plumbing and Drainage System Coverage' for them to pay for the repair. I placed a service call on Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning a technician Greg came to me home. The staff at HomeServe and the repair technician were knowledgeable, cooperative and professional. My unit was repaired quickly.

Home serve would hook you up to the company that you needed to set an appointment with me. But that company you spoke with them and they said the tech would call me to set a date and time. Well some of them never call. So I have to call home serve tell them what happen and they connect you with someone else. Well so far the companies that have came out except for one have done a great job. Home serve is something everyone needs to get. I'm glad I got it. Thanks Home Serve

At first, the plumbing company sent out a young man that didn't know what he was doing. When I went to the master bathroom, I was in shock... he left me with SEWAGE in my shower, which was NOT draining. The smell was horrific. The next morning All Masters Plumbing Company came out, the plumber said that the SEWAGE had not drained yet. Disgusting. All Masters Plumbing Company did an exceptional job. They had to come out a couple of times, they were always professional and they knew what they were doing.

My last water bill stated I used 9000 gallons of water. I knew this wasn't true and I am the only person in my household. I contacted HomeServe and a plumbing company was sent the same day. ****** ******** determined I had a massive water leak in my front yard. Since it was the water company's responsibility ****** ******** temporarily capped the leak until the water company fixed the leak. ****** ******** was very professional and kept me informed.

We had to babysit our leak for three days (Friday night through Monday) but Homeserve did find a good plumber to fix our leaking main water valve on Monday. He even helped change our under sink water filters. Thank you for the great service!

I purchased an AC handler and compressor from Jupiter Tequesta Air-conditioning/ FPL Home Services on *** 2019. The salesman's quote was the highest of the three I had received. I accepted predicated on their reputation for quality and service. It took them six weeks to install the system properly. Forward two years, the AC quit working. I call FPL Home Services and schedule an appointment for 89.00 . The service man tells me the air handler fan motor has failed. Agree 100% with the previous complainer. After a big battle to receive a responsee reganding fixing the toilette and the kitchen faucet, only the toilette was fixed, the service man who came from Miami, couldn't find the part to fixed the kitchen faucet and call the center to order the part from Delta with the part number, he said they will contact me in a few days and if not find the part the will replace the faucet.
