We have been calling almost every other day for weeks, it started July 23rd 2021, waited almost 2 weeks for a response and have been calling at least every other day. No one shows up or calls back to look at problem. 8/27/2021 and yet again we are waiting for a plumber to call back just to look at problem. We have very low water pressure. I had a very good experience with HomeServe. I have mainline protection and the turnoff valve on the mainline before the regulator was leaking. This was covered under the mainline warranty. HomeServe had a high quality plumbing service contact me and set up an appointment. They were on time and replaced the old faucet with a new lever faucet and all is well and I am extremely happy with the entire process. They had to cut the pipe and do some soldering to install the new one. Great job! Thank you HomeServe

I was about 11 months into my Home Serve main water line repair warranty plan. I needed to turn off the main water supply valve but it was broken it was impossible to turn off the water to the house. I contacted Home Serve and after verifying coverage they scheduled *** *** *** ******** to make the repair. They showed up on time, professional, courteous, wore a mask, and replaced the valve in a timely manner. Thank you!

I had a service contract with Homeserve for my gas heating system. The fee was $440 for one year. I decided to cancel the contract after six months. I was told I would receive a refund of $201. I never got that refund. When I called to complain I was told I was not intitled to the refund because I had a service call in February. My heat was not working. The homeserve service man told me that I had to decarbonize my furnace and Homeserve does not provide that service. He left me without heat and without doing anything. I had ... read more

It was Sunday a few weeks ago that I had a problem with my drain on the line thaaar my Washer is connected. It was 4PM so I thought let me call Home Serve to set up an appointment for Monday or Tuesday of the next week. As the customer service person took my information she told me she had fowarded my information to the plumbing Contractor that would handle my claim. It was difficult to get through to a person at Homeserve but once I did all went smoothly. A plumber contacted me very quickly and was able to come that same day. The 2 young men were polite and knowledegable.
