We are having the same problem with getting our toilet fixed. Days of waiting and DENIED for a backed up toilet.
I filed a claim on 8/16/21 to have a appliance repaired and of today the technician has been to my home once and diagnosed the problem. The part I need is supposedly on back order. However I have called continuously for a month requesting the part information so I can step to locate the part myself. After being transferred numerous times whenever I call no one is able to provide the part information or resolve my issue. This company needs to be reviews thoroughly for there customer service and business practices.

One star because zero stars is not an option. Wednesday I called with a water leak in the wall and was told a contractor would call later that day or in the morning with an appointment. I called back late Thursday since I had not received a call, I was out on hold, customer service returned to say he had the contractor on the phone and placed me back on hold, he returned and said instead of keeping me holding on he would call back in a few minutes. The service man was personable, professional and even nice to my dogs. He was on time even though they had to squeeze me in on the day I needed. I have no complaints and cannot imagine how this service could be improved.

We moved to ***** ******** early 2021 into a 55 and over community. Our neighbor recommended we call HomeServe to cover various things on our home. Eight months later we had our toilets backup. We called HomeServe and the next day a plumber came and said the pipes were clogged from roots. He cleared it and said he’d be back to replace the pipe. We were very happy with the work that was done and have recommend HomeServe to our friends and family.

**** ** The electricians came did a great job. Were professional, friendly. I was receiving double the electric bills of my neighbors. The first electrician came and was able to work on the heater in the bathroom that was constantly running and slashed my bill to less than half. Then on a different day tow others showed up and replaced my meter and lot's of other stuff. a good experience.

This is a two-day HomeServe experience. The single star given in this rating is 100% for the very good people in customer service who helped me during this 3-part unsatisfactory situation.
