I have called Home Serve for electric repairs. The repairs when the technician finally showed up fixed one thing but broke another. Now my indoor water pipes are leaking from bathtub into my cellar. Am I covered? I have every single option available from Home Serve but NO! I am not covered. What a waste of money. This company that I thought was reputable has failed me more times than not. Very disappointed in Home Serve.

HomeServe is awesome to work with. They communicate as needed with you and address concerns that you have. However, the plumbing company they sent this time had to come out 2 separate occasions to fix the drain pipe that was cracked. On the first occasion, the technician shared there was two separate cracks in the pipe, but they only replaced one part, which led them to having to come back a second time, and that delayed drywall work we had scheduled to repair the damage from the first leak.

Great response time; I was kept abreast when the technician would arrive, completed the job in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. When I mentioned having to use WD40 on the lock on my gate, the technician said he had some in his vehicle and would do it for me!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is horrible and just tales your money. Won't work with you at all. Our hot water heater flooded our basement because it rusted out. Called homeserve within 12 hours of finding out. Long story short, they told is they would pay up to $1,000 bit didn't inform is that when they made the decision to call 3 plumbers that they would charge us and deduct it from the $1,000. So we have sat with water in our basement because they refuse to replace it under the plumbers quote becaus... read more

We received a notice from Middlesex Water Company that we are enrolled with HomeServe. We never enrolled nor want their services. Tried to call Homeserve and Middlesex water and only get long wait times. We should not be automatically signed up for a service without written consent. We do no WANT this service. Thank you for listening BBB

The app does not work. Then directs you to call a number that takes you to a medical alert recording. The whole thing is ridiculous!

I was very impressed by Home Serve USA extremely happy by there customer service couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. My problem was solved in no time. Thank You....
