Home Serve responded quickly to get our broken water pipe fixed. We had our water back on in less than 24 hours.

Prompt service from beginning to the end. Very professional and knowledgeable techs. All that have serviced my home have been polite and respectful. One of the best investments I could have made for my home.

Plumbing was backed up in my basement so had NO use of water or TOILET. I called and they said they could not get anyone there until the next day. I had to call my own plumber who was at my house within 2 hours. Payed for repairs out of my own pocket and they refused reimbursement. They saved $140 and got a 1 star review for it.

Worst billing company I have ever dealt with. After months of trying to resolve a credit card billing problem with no results I canceled all 5 of my contracts. After at least 6 long phone calls I would be assured they would take care of the billing problem. This took months of calling them. Then again I would receive more pending cancelation notices. As of today I have canceled all coverage with this company. Be wary if dealing with this company

Have home serve on every system in my house needed a repair ended up with a plumber they sent ripped us off 1400 for 5 hr repair had to wait days and dozens of calls to end up with higher bill then getting my own plumber. Looking to replace them. Totally dissatisfied

Had to call for a water leak to the house. Home Serve had a Plumbing Contractor in no time. The Plumbing Company was Excellent !!! Had water back to the house in house in hours. Was so glad to have the Home Serve. **** **

HomeServe I am writing this letter to request a refund on my “service contract” for this year for the following reason. On Thanksgiving night our water heater was leaking a little as it has done before so as usual we called HomeServe. The next day a technician came and after 2 minutes of “inspecting” my water heater he said that the whole system was rotting and would need to be replaced and that “someone” would be in touch. The customer service agent was most professional and explained my options. I was called and made the appointed time for the technician to come to my home. The technician was also most professional. He explained what he thought what might be causing the water leaking and what steps might need to be taken. He then diligently worked to find the leak and replace the leaking pipe. I am pleased with the professional and prompt service I received.
