This is the WORST COMPANY!!! I have carried 5 policies for 10 years and when my hot water heater went out, I had to wait 3 days for a plumber to come out and when the plumber came out, he didn't even try to fix it or look at the hot water heater, he just said it needed to be replaced. When i tried to call Homeserve to see what the next step was, I was on hold for 40 mins before the call dropped, then after calling again I was told I would need to wait 48 hours for a call back I never received a call back so after 3 days I ca... read more

Home serve did a great job with **** *** **** ******** sending their best crews to handle our broken sewer line and all repairs. We would recommend Home serve to everyone. Tanks to Billy and Chris for always checking in with us and following the contractors work day by dad until completion. Stay away from Homeserve, they are good for just boiler gas cleaning but when there is a problem they don't have technicians that can really diagnose the problem and solve it. I was a customer from 2016 until today 1/20/2022, and the technicians like to waste time to justify the work. without doing anything.

Horrible.Took them 8 days to fix my heat leaving me with no heat over Christmas with a house full of guests

HomeServeUSA is one one of the WORST companies to ever deal with, and if you are wanting to sign up for coverage under them, save your money. I placed a service call for backed up toilet, tub, and water leaking from pipes in basement. In the interim noticed a few faulty electrical outlets and this is how it all went down. Poorest customer service, spends all their time trying to deny claims than to actually make things right. I'm on my 8th phone call with home serve. 2 visits from plumbers and my 4th day without a functioning sewer system that still backs up. Homeserve will answer the phone 24/7 but will NOT provide 24/7 plumbing services. They do not do emergency repairs. They only fit you into the plumbers regular schedule. This has been a nightmare & this is YOUR warning to run away & find a better business!!!

No heat. Contacted Homeserve 1/14/22. needless to say no one called back. Called 1/15/22 total of five calls only to find out that they refer the work out to subcontractors. I advised them still have no heat and no one called. They took my money pursuant to a service contract. They failed to indicate that they did not have their own staff to provide service and that I was the mercy of what ever contractor did not have enough work. Needless to say no heat. 2 burners on my gas range would not light. repair was scheduled and completed the next day. Technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient.

I highly recommend Home serve. I recently had a drainage problem in my kitchen, I called the service number and the person I spoke with was professional and asked questions to understand the problem and then took my contact information. Shortly after getting off the phone, I received a text message from the service provider with a scheduled time they would be at my house. The drain blockage was cleared and everything was cleaned up. The best part was there was no bill!!! I am so happy I chose Home Serve!!!
