Extremely poor/slow customer service. 1st time I called, I had to call the plumber myself to get one to come to look at the problem. this plumber had been sent by Homeserve the last time I had a plumbing issue, the plumbers should have been in their system I have waited for an approval email to be sent to the plumbing company, and called everyday for 3 week trying to get my exterior plumbing repaired. the city has threated to shut our water off if this problem is not resolved. Had a leak in a pipe and reported it immediately. Now, 10 days later, with water soaking through 3 rooms in my house, I sit here and wait for the plumber that they finally dispatched. However the plumber isn't here at 12 noon. Seems they dispatched a plumber from 3 hours away. The damage was minimal when I first called. Now it's monumental. I call and Homeserve just cites the company BS, no solutions. I will be cancelling this and going with a more reputable company. I do not recommend Homeserve.

the company gets u help fast the plumber called within 20 mins of Home serve hanging up they came that day about 2 hrs later from call to make sure we were going to be here fast an clean friendly guy I have been with HOME SERVE for about 4 years have all my plumbing pipes covered in my home they have helped me a couple of times when needed never have had a problem

This is without a doubt one of the worst warranty programs. After almost a year on the plan without using it, my washing machine and dishwasher broke at the same time. They never meet the time frames they commit too. In addition, my dishwasher needed gaskets and they gave me a quote of 300 to 400 dollars to fix. This is after charging me the initial 75.00. Called Home Serve regarding a plugged drain, plumber came within a few hours to repair it. Work was completed in a couple of hours.

My first time using this service. I had a leak in my bathroom upstairs under my sink. Very professional when I called and scheduled me for an appointment right away. They sent out a Plumbing company called ******* ********. They were so professional and nice. They fix the issue in no time. If I ever have any Plumbing issues in the future, ******* ******** is who I prefer them to send out.

My hot water heater wasn't working. The contractor sent originally came and reset the pilot light. The heater wasn't working again within hours as the pilot had gone out again. A second contractor was called in. After starting the pilot the sevice man realized there was a problem. He did his best to get the unit to keep running. Within 15 hours I now have a new water heater. Problem solved. We had the extended warranty on the sewer line. Never told us we needed the interior coverage to cover from inside to the wall. Then when their company servacko came out they said they could only dig 8.5 ft. So we ended up getting our own company. $ 22,000 dollars and our ext coverage covers max of $7500. They were very good keeping in touch until last thurs 09/30/2021. Since they keep promising to call back the next day and they DON'T. Keep leaving messages and they keep ignoring my calls. SAD! The HomeServe resolution process is very poor. I called and reported a plumbing leak at which time I was told a contractor would contact me. After about 3 hours I called back and was told they failed to submit my ticket and then put me on hold to call a contractor and schedule the service. They returned informing me I was scheduled for the next morning. An hour or two into the next morning I called HomeServe again and was told they would never have called a contractor directly and scheduled as that was against policy. I’ve b... read more
