Had a clogged kitchen sink drain line, water would spill back out of the emergency overfill line. Placed a service call with angelica , professionally took down my info and informed me that i would hear from a tech within a few hours depending on theyre schedules. sure enough not a couple hrs. went by and the tech Richard (plumber) called me and scheduled an arrival time frame. got here as scheduled analized problem and resolved, problem fixed . im happy and recommend homeserve. ___D o- o V {--- }

They are the best!! I have been a Realtor for 38 years, and have NEVER had a Client NOT pleased with how quickly the technician got there, and how they corrected what the issue was. I called last week for an issue @ my own home and the Customer Service person had a plumber contact me within 30 minutes and they came directly out and corrected the exterior sewer line issue. So, they are 100% problem solvers for me! ****

The best service I’ve ever had by this kind of company. The claim support desk is responsive knowledgeable and English speaking. Fraudulent! Never posted a review either positive or negative for any company before, but this recent experience is screaming for everyone to take notice… found info about this service in my ***********Electric Power company bill; as a result, Assumed it was legitimate. The overall experience was horrible. The initial call, “I explained the issue and also what items were replaced with new products, so they wouldn’t make the mistake of bringing the same parts out that I didn’t need.” I informed the part that I may need to fix the issue and was it under contract. They were supposed to call me back to verify but instead they made an appointment to send a technician out, as if it was under contract for them to cover the cost.
