This company is terrible. I have sent several monthly payments going back to Nov of last year. Not 1 check was cashed. Everytime I received a monthly bill, it was doubled because they said I didnt send payment. I have sent emails, letters, had phone conversations etc. I decided to quit my service....

I had my exterior electrical line repaired. Home Serve arranged the appointment right away, and I could not have been more pleased with the young electrician from ********** ****. He said I had exposed wiring which could have been a safety hazard. Very pleased with all!

All I get from Home serve are apologies. I've had a water problem in my home for 2 1/2 weeks. 3 different plumbers saying different things. No results and no follow-up. Totally frustrated..

This was an easy repair job for the plumbers from AERO Plumbing - They were fantastic - worked together - knew what had to be done and did it!!

Home Serve provided excellent service: they diagnosed the problem and solved it with a relatively inexpensive solution (far superior to what our regular plumber had proposed). We could not have been more satisfied.

We had our annual checkup on our a/c unit and two parts were going bad. HomeServe had ROYAL AIR A/C & HEATING come out. One part was replace and other one wait until it quit working not shutting down the a/c. The second will be covered by HomeServe. The cost for the part replace thru my a/c company equal the cost paid to date for the service plan. This was a win-win for us.

I used the service for the first time for my hot water heater. They came out the next business day. The company sent *************** and they “stated they I will need a new water heater”. They came out the following day to taken measurements and they will contact my insurance. I called the insurance the following day and the said they was working on getting Authorization, then I was told because I haven’t had service with them and it hast been over 90 days my water pump was not cover.
