I highly recommend Home serve to every home owner as a reliable partner for their home services. I had exterior water line problem and called Home serve 24/7 customer support. They dispatched a technician over to my house, I found the technician very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix leaking issue and I really appreciate Home serve customer service great job!!!

I have been a customer with Home Serve for the past 6 years and have never had a problem with customer service/client communication. Every time I contact Home Serve, Reps are available, willing, professional and very courteous. They have always responded promptly and provided excellent qualified contractors to provide service/repair. HomeServe came to my rescue once again when my hot water heater was leaking. The plumbers arrived 1st thing in the morning and it was replaced within a few hours. The plumbers were professional, neat and quick. You can't ask for more.

i purchased the indoor plumbing plan along with two other plans that would cover all water lines and pipes for my home inside and out. after making a claim for a clogged pipe located in the basement my claim was denied. i was told i would need to prove the pipe was located in the basement and that it did not branch of from another pipe from the out side. the customer service agent stated that had no understanding of this decision either.

We have a sewer line clog problem since Friday and we called Homeserve if they can come out and fix our problem We could not use bathrooms till this problem is resolved .We are three people in house and are left with no toilet to use We are using buckets as toilets Called multiple times but they told us no one is available before Friday to work on our sewer pipes. I had a problem with my gas furnace on a frigid ************ ** day a few weeks ago. My furnace wasn't working and I had no heat. I call the Home Serve number and within 1.5 hours a plumber was sent to my house to fix it , which he did in 20 minutes. The best part was that the service was 100% covered and I didn't have to pay a dime! Home Serve came through once again for me! ** ** ********* **

I've had coverage with HOMESERVE for a few years, including: gas line, interior electrical, interior plumbing & drainage, exterior sewer & septic line, exterior water service line, heating system components, and water heater breakdown. On three separate occasions I called HomeServe and was referred to their approved contractors to come to my home and assess our repair needs and then correct the problem. Had a problem with my water heater. Called home serve and got a appointment for the next day, a Sunday. The technician who came out as professional , courteous and very knowledgeable. Was very satisfied with the repair.
