I have had Home Serve a number of years and never needed to call them This year I had a leak in one of the zone valves and call for help. Within 1-day I received service and the leak was slowed but t. Also had an inspection for the first time and that was fine. A goof first time experience.he pipe valve part wan't available, just the zone motor. The part was installed the next day

We have paid for Home serve for many years and it’s all been a joke. they charge you for nothing, and refuse to pay for anything they are the biggest scam there is.

CAlled HomeServe on a Saturday morning for a backed up sewer line into the house. By Saturday afternoon a plumber was there and cleared it. Thank You Thank You.

New Years day, called Home Serve for a septic waste problem. A representative answered at once, and contacted a local service. Service could not come out immediately but could do so on the following day. Service showed up the following day, cleared out the problem. Well worth the yearly maintenance fee.

ONE PHONE CALL TO HOME SERVE WAS ALL IT TOOK . THE REP WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND QUICK TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM. HOME SERVE CONTACTED A LOCAL REPAIR COMPANY ON MY BEHALF, AND REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED WITHIN TWO DAYS. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE MORE THAN WORTH THE COST OF THE PREMIUMS.

We had a clogged sewage problem in two occasions. Both times, the HomeServe dispatch center and the plumbing company they work with (Total Plumbing) were very quick to respond, a visit was scheduled for the next day, and the issue was taken care of the flawlessly. We're very glad to have signed up with HomeServe!
