Call for a drain leak in the crawl space under the house. Scheduling someone out was a breeze. Technician, Mike, very friendly and knowledgeable. Repair was made with no added surprise expense. In fact no out of pocket costs for me, other than the monthly fee. Great job.

Stay away - **** company!!! Bought $5000 AC with 10 year warranty parts and labor. Nothing but issues since, also failed inspection and failed to close out permit from 3 years ago. Every time there was an issue, they said i need to pay $89 for them to come out, even if I have warranty. So they sold me a maintenance contract so i wont have to pay the truck rolls, so today the AC broke yet again, there is a hole in the coil (3 year old unit BTW), and they said they need $249 for processing fee. So again i have Free parts, free... read more

The Company that HomeServe scheduled to come out to our home did an excellent job of repairing/replacing our waterpipe in January 2021. The Customer service rep and the repair men were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, prudent and active listeners. But they have yet to come back to fill up & close the hole in our yard. We have called twice about it, but was told that the company is very busy, and will call us back. As of today, 2/21/21, we have heard nothing.

This company/plan is wonderful. I was weary but I decided to give it a try and it’s the best decision ever...facing a big plumbing repair bill and emergency to make one phone call and your problem is solved, the next day. I’m a very happy customer!!!

From the time we called homeserve the representative was kindness, respectful and polite towards helping us get the best service we needed to get heat in our house during this pandemic time. The Contractor was very knowledgeable as he completed his inspections on it. Although, it couldn't be resolved until the next day, we were grateful and knew the fact that he understood the problem gave us confidence in homeserve.

I have several maintenance plans and have not been disappointed as yet. The customer service representative was pleasant, efficient and shewed concern about my situation. The service men were professional and respected my time. The post-job check was speedy, the representative was pleasant and also professional.

Homeserve was prompt at getting * * * Plumbing out to repair our leak. They arrived when they said and had the leak fixed in a couple of hours. We were glad we had Homeserved. It saved us about $500 on the repairs.
