Well had a drain out that needed to be replaced. Home Serve sent me ***** **** ***** ***** ****** ******************* out and I tell you the customer service was 5 Star. The Forman/Owner was Brian and he came out with a crew. Since my drain out was under bricks they had to come out. What I loved about each and every one who came out was their customer service each one different but attentive they heard me. I just recently added this home serve insurance to our household and I’ve had to use them twice already and it’s been the one of the best services I’ve used. They are fast, efficient, and professional which is hard to find these days. They come out right away, you get an email confirmation, and the day of you can track the technician and contact them directly if you need to get in touch.

I began paying for a sewer-line warranty when I bought my house 5 years ago knowing the sewer line was 65+ years old and made of clay. When it inevitably broke, I called two independent companies to get bids, and I called Home Serve. The first two companies ran a scope down the sewer line, confirmed it was broken, and offered to fix it for ~$5,500. All and all very good service. The plumber arrived early, without notice, but I didn't mind since I had turned the water off due to a leak. So I needed quick service which I got. The plumber was quick and efficient. Took him about 1.5 hours to repair the leak since he had to go elsewhere for some supplies. But handled quickly and efficiently. Fine service.
