I find HomeServe a very good value. I have used this same service for many years before ******** took it over. I have and will continue to recommend this service to friends and neighbors. The technician was actually well ahead of schedule but called to be sure it was okay to come anyway. He was efficient and on his way.

Anyone who tells me their ready for any home breakdown is a liar! Break downs usually happen at night, on weekends, right before a holiday, on a holiday or when guest are on their way to your house, anyway my breakdown happened on a Saturday afternoon. I called HomeServe and spoke to a very professional young women who was very empathetic and gave me all the information I needed and informed me on what to expect next. I have sewer protection with Home Serve. When my plumbing backed Up on a Sunday no less I called home serve they sent a plumber out here and even though it was dark when they got here they unclogged my plumbing and discovered that all of my old septic line was antiquated and needed to be replaced they’ve been working on it all week and the plumbing company that they chose **** **** ********has done an amazing job. Home Serve are sneaky.. We have taken their HVAC plan and now they have some sneaky exclusions which you need to be look into.

I called around 8am with a furnace issue. Within 20 min a plumber called and by 11:30 my furnace was all fixed
