My water heater tank had a big leak and needed to be replaced during the snow storm. Initially I was unable to get through using the 24 hr hotline, so I contacted them through their ******** site using the messenger. I received an immediate response from Julie S******* and she basically walked me through the whole process from start to finish. HomeServe did a great job of making sure my situation was resolved in a quick and timely manner: The first plumbing company they scheduled to make my repairs informed me that their assigned plumber ran into trouble on an earlier job and would no longer be able to help me until Monday morning. So I informed HomeServe of the problem and they immediately scheduled a new company who was able to complete my repairs that same day. Company is a fraud!

I so appreciate the service was dealing with faulty pipes quest that was recalled some years back but I didn’t know about it. The underground pipe from the water meter to my foundation had atleast 6 leaks in the past 5 years. Homeserve had **** and His plumbing replace all the old quest piping... Not a dime out of my pocket. The plumber Bryan was so professional and caring. Thank You Homeserve
